Guest / Games Room: Plywood panels

Panelling progress! At the weekend we had Mason, his dad and a family friend round to tackle the electrics and panelling. It was a joint effort to cut the panels, scribe them in, and line up the new electrical locations with the panelling holes. The height of the panelling was dictated by the wardrobe door height, and then we continued that around the room. We then painted the top edge of the plywood boards to create a flat surface for the LED strip lighting to adhere to the following day. The guys put the skirting on and measured up for some of the vertical D profile moulding strips. We'll be adding these to hide the joins in the wood, but also to create the illusion of height in the room.
